![]() ![]() I'm using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox on a MacBook Pro 2015 with the latest software, macOS Sierra 10.12.3 (I don't like the Safari browser. This results in several matches showing the exact name that was searched for (" Sanders"), instead of showing it correctly like an alternate name version like it works in the standard preview of the surnames list: Sandershausen, or Sanderson for example. ![]() Now, the problem is that if one match has the name Sanderson but not just Sanders in the surname list and this isn't one of their top names that would appear in the standard preview but can only be seen if one clicks on the little symbol to see the whole list, then the name (in blue) is abbreviated to the amount and the particular letters that were typed in in the search bar. If I'm searching for, say "Sanders", and type it in, I get results for that name, but also on all of the other variations because it's "Sanders*" that the search is looking for, correct? Like Sanderson, Sandershausen etc. I encountered the following problem on my last visits to this page - maybe this is an old problem that hasn't been fixed yet because I already noticed a few weeks ago that something was wrong with the results of the standard search bar on the matches-page: ![]()
